Technician Trainee (Channel C) – Regular / Full टाइम NAC / NCTVT after 10th Standard in the Trades of Turner / Grinder / Machinist / Fitter / Painter
Technician Trainee (Channel B) – Regular/ Full टाइम ITI after 10th Standard in the Trades of Turner/ Grinder/ Machinist/ Fitter/ Painter
Admin/ Commercial/ Accounts Trainee (Channel C) – Full टाइम Bachelor Degree (3 years after 10+2) in Arts / Science / Commerce / Administration / Management / Computer Applications (OR) SSLC + Full टाइम Diploma in Commercial and Computer Practice/ Diploma in Commercial Practice/ Diploma in Secretarial Practice acquired from the राज्य Board of Technical Education

For the Post of Engineer – Selection for HAL Engineer jobs will be made on the basis of Shortlisting and Personal Interview
For all other posts – Selection for all other jobs in HAL will be made on the basis of Screening, Written test and Document verification
