Qualification:
Post no- 01 (a)-
Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry
and Biology and a 02 years Diploma in Laboratory Technologist recognized in the
Government of West Bengal or 01 years Diploma in Laboratory Technology from any
University/ Institution recognized by the Government of West Bengal where basic
qualification for undergoing said course is B.Sc.
Post no- 01 (b)
– Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry
and Biology and a 02 years Diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech)
recognized in the Government of West Bengal
Post no- 01
(c) – Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination or its equivalent with Physics,
Chemistry and Biology and a 02 years Diploma in ECG Technology recognized by
the Government of West Bengal
with relevant experience & Other qualification details refer the
notification.

Fee: Candidates
should pay Rs.100/- (50% for Reserved Categories) through demand draft issued
from any Nationalized Bank in favour of South 24 Parganas, District Health
& Family Welfare Samiti payable at Service Branch, Kolkata.

04.01.2017 at 10:00 am to 25.01.2017 by 05:00 pm. & send hard copy of the online application with relevant documents and fee in an
envelope should be super scribed with “Online Registration Number, Name of the
Candidates, Name of the Post and Caste Category” through speed post. registered
